Hotel Raffaello - Florence

Rude reception experience marred our family visit.

The continental breakfast option was decent. The room was quiet and huge, had central heating, a safe box and TV set. Location: the hotel was close enough to a tram station with frequent service and the downtown and the bus station. We had goodies and coffee at Pasticceria Caffe' Serafini, it was located not very far from the venue.

Picturesque and impeccably clean place, incredibly nice staff. Marvellous and perfect location, just walking distance from everywhere. Located very close to a tram station in a nice area. Spotless and adequate room with comfortable bed, good offer.

The place was fairly clean, I booked the triple room with city views, everything was good...

Is it hype or the real deal?

The location was great, with a friendly staff that remembered my name! I enjoyed a comfy bed in a big room, along with a tasty breakfast variety.

We had issues with cleanliness, and checking in took way longer than expected!

Room was very spacious and clean there was a nice selection of cafes and shops to browse in around the hotel and a market on the Saturday. Continental breakfast included cereals, fruit, boiled eggs, meats, cheeses and pastries. You could get bus into the centre of Florence or the hotel ran a shuttle service 4/5 times a day which you could book at reception.

It would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room although you could order from room service. The room was also very warm and changing the temperature did not make too much of a difference.

The service provided by the front desk and some of the restaurant staff. The free shuttle bus to the town. Free parking and internet.

The location, the sound of ambulances kept us awake. One member of the restaurant and breakfast bar staff was rather rude

We appreciated the hotel's location, close to public transport and grocery stores. The spacious rooms were perfect for our large family, including our three dogs. Parking was a plus, and we enjoyed easy access to the city.

My wife says that the breakfast service could be improved.

Far from the center. It is not 4 stars hotel. Breakfast is limited in products. Very simple rooms without any decor.

The hotel is well located for visiting the town and corresponds to the expectations; very nice room and good breakfast.

The internet wasn't working but i suppose it was a temorary problem (we just stayed one night).

Had a blast with my friends! The place was easy to find and close to tram stations. We loved the comfortable and quiet room. The breakfast hit the spot. We also enjoyed mountain biking and some ecotours nearby.

The room is comfortable and clean, but is far from a 4 star. There are free bus to the historic center.

There is enough parking for all guests. So you may have to leave the car in the street, paying for parking.

Not new but room clean and nice for deal we had.
